Deep conditioner For curly hair

                     Banana Hair Smoothie


This is a recipe that I put together after trying several different homemade ones. It is one of my favorite! The mix of all the ingredients leave my hair feeling super soft and moisturized, And my curls are defined . This recipe can be changed up to fit your hair type, so go ahead and give it a try !       Stylebylia


  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • olive oil
  • mayonnaise 
  • coconut oil
  • honey
  • 1 egg (optional for extra protein) 

    Depending on your hair type, and how much hair you have, you may need more or less for some of the ingredients


    Put all the ingredients in the blender ,  All you have to do is blend all the ingredients, (well) like  smoothie.   I normally do this if i have plan to wash my hair the next day .I’ll let this smoothie sit in my hair for anywhere between 4 hours to overnight.(In shower cap) After that, I rinse my hair, and follow with my usual wash routine & that’s it! I hope you guys try this out, and I hope it works for you as well as it does for me! Ps; If you want to use this smoothie on a weekly basis, don’t use the mayo, or add the egg because too much protein can lead to breakage. Also, make sure your smoothie is not too runny, or else it’ll just make a mess specially if you sleep with it.
