Here are the Ingredients you need :-
- 1/4 MANGO
- 1/4 AVOCADO
- 1/4 GREEN APPLE
- 1/2 LIME
- 1/2 BANANA
- 1/2 CARROT
- 1tb OF SUNFLOWER SEED
- SPRINKLE OF CELERY
- HAND FULL OF FRESH SPINACH OR (2 CUBED FROZEN SPINACH )
- I USE ALMOND MILK BUT AGAIN YOU CAN USE YOUR CHOICE OF MILK
- IF YOU WANT YOU CAN ALSO ADD APPLE OR ORANGE JUICE FOR MORE LIQUID CONSISTENCY
- Of course the most important thing you need is your blender .
