Everybody likes food, especially good food. Now because we all have different tastes – we LOVE food made by loved ones, this is in part due to them knowing what we like and dislike.
I am a conscious eater and so is my partner where we differ is that he is a meat eater where as I am a vegetarian my choice of cookery bares this in mind I will be preparing a meal which is suitable to the taste buds of meat eaters as it has a chewy and juicy texture.
The fact this day is a day of which compliments each other’s unity in love.

What you need
For the red snapper fish: Red onion, Garlic clove, Olive oil, Lemon, Salt and Pepper.
For the salsa: (topping for the fish) Pineapple, Tomato, Onion, Vinegar, Olive oil, Salt and Pepper.
For the salad: Almonds, cucumber, pomegranate, grapefruit, spinach leaves ,avocado.
For salad dressing: Orange juice, Olive oil, Dried parsley, Vinegar, Honey, Salt and Pepper.
Preparation time: 20-30min & Cooking time: 30-40 min
Start by washing and cutting the fish.
Then get a bowl and put the chopped onion and garlic with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix them well.
Then stuff the belly of the fish and garnish the outer part as well with the rest of the sauce.
Place the fish in a bowl and cover it to marinate for 20min. This can be done a day in advance.
Pre-heat the oven at 200 degrees, Place the Fish into a oven tray and grill for 20 – 30min.
While you wait for the fish to cook, prepare the salsa by chopping the pineapple tomato onion and add olive oil, vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Set the salsa on the side and prepare the last part to your meal, which is the salad.
Slice the cucumber and grapefruit put in the bowl, add spinach leaves, almonds and the pomegranate then add the salad dressing and mix it well. Slice avocado & add it on the side to finish.
Now at this stage the fish should be ready take it out from the oven let it cool for few minutes. Serve it with the salad add the avocado on the top and spread the salsa on top of the Red Snapper.
